Front Desk Lobby Check-in Privileges

When you book directly with us, checking in is a breeze! Pull up to the parking garage’s short-term registration space and walk into the Lobby. Our friendly Front Desk Agents will quickly find your reservation, get your parking pass(es) ready, program your room keys, and you’ll be all set to start your vacation!

As a special thank you for booking directly, you’ll also get to enjoy some fun perks! This includes unlimited DVD Rentals from our lobby kiosk (we’ll include an access card with your keys). Plus, you’ll receive one complimentary adult ticket for two area attractions, giving you even more to smile about during your stay.

Non-Book Direct Guests – A Note from Our Caring Team

We truly want every guest to have a “Perfect Time…Anytime” at Grand Atlantic. If you’ve booked through another website or an off-premise rental company, we want to let you know a few important things:

  • Please always ensure you are booking through our official website, not a look-alike website.
  • Unfortunately, when you book through a third party, our on-premise Grand Atlantic team has limitations in assisting with your reservation details, payment processing, or issues like lost room keys and locked-out condos. We cannot issue or reissue parking passes or provide housekeeping services directly. All communication and requests need to go through the company you booked with. We cannot directly intervene with third-party reservations as much as we’d like to!
  • Our on-premise Associates are restricted from assisting with third-party bookings because the reservation agreement is between you and that third party.

Third-Party Guest Reviews

Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort has an official listing on review websites for guests who book directly with us. If you did not book directly through grandatlanticresort.com or our official reservations, we kindly ask that you please leave your review on the website you used to book. We may need to dispute reviews left on our official listing as fraudulent in these cases because we don’t have access to third-party reservation details, and our team doesn’t manage or service those condos. This could, unfortunately, cause issues with the review site flagging your review as fraudulent.
